By accessing or using the Nuz platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Nuz reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to register for Nuz. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.
Nuz operates a cashback program that returns a portion of trading fees to users who connect their exchange accounts via a valid UID. Cashback rates are determined by our partner exchange agreements and may change without notice. Cashback is credited in USDT and is subject to a minimum withdrawal threshold. Nuz does not guarantee any specific cashback amount, as earnings depend on your trading volume and the applicable partner rate.
To participate in the cashback program you must register on a partner exchange using Nuz's referral link and link your exchange UID to your Nuz account. UIDs must belong to newly created exchange accounts registered through Nuz. Linking UIDs of existing accounts or accounts created outside of Nuz's referral links will not qualify for cashback and may result in account suspension.
Withdrawal requests are processed in USDT via the TRC-20 network. You are responsible for providing a correct and valid wallet address. Nuz is not liable for funds sent to an incorrect address provided by the user. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may be delayed for security review. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
You agree not to: use the platform for any unlawful purpose; create multiple accounts to exploit the referral or cashback system; attempt to manipulate trading data or UID records; use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service; or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform's operation. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any pending cashback balance.
Nuz provides the Service on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to trading losses, exchange downtime, or technical errors. Our total liability in any matter related to the Service shall not exceed the total cashback amount credited to your account in the 30 days prior to the claim.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect and process your data as described therein. By using the Service you consent to such processing.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Nuz operates.
