NUZ.NET END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICE

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legal contract between NUZ.NET ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and you ("User", "you", or "your") regarding the use of our cryptocurrency exchange cashback system and related services.

1. DEFINITIONS AND SCOPE

1.1. "Service": NUZ.NET cashback system and all related features

1.2. "Cashback": Commission refunds from cryptocurrency exchanges through affiliate agreements

1.3. "UID": Unique identifier assigned to users by cryptocurrency exchanges

1.4. "Platform": NUZ.NET website and all related services

1.5. "Exchange": Cryptocurrency trading platforms that have partnered with NUZ.NET

2. USE OF THE SERVICE

2.1. Requirements for using the Service:

1.   Be at least 18 years old

2.   Provide accurate and complete registration information

3.   Use the official referral link provided by NUZ.NET

4.   Add valid exchange UID to the Platform

3. CASHBACK SYSTEM

3.1. Cashback system:

1.   Commission refunds from cryptocurrency exchanges

2.   Refunds are reflected daily on the Platform

3.   NUZ.NET adds cashback payments to users' accounts daily

4. REFERRAL PROGRAM

4.1. Referral program:

1.   Each user is assigned a unique referral link

2.   Users earn 5% of the cashback earned by referred users

3.   Referral income is only earned from direct referrals

4.   Payments are made in USDT

5. REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS

5.1. Referral link:

1.   Users can invite new users to the Platform using their referral link

2.   Referral link is provided by NUZ.NET

5.2. Referral income:

1.   Users earn 5% of the cashback earned by referred users

2.   Referral income is only earned from direct referrals

6. REFERRAL PROGRAM RULES

6.1. Referral link usage:

1.   Users can invite new users to the Platform using their referral link

2.   Referral link is provided by NUZ.NET

6.2. New user definition:

1.   New user is a user who registers on the Platform using a referral link and uses the cashback system

7. REFERRAL PROGRAM RESPONSIBILITIES

7.1. User responsibilities:

1.   Users must not engage in any prohibited activities while using the referral program

2.   Users who engage in prohibited activities may have their accounts terminated by NUZ.NET

7.2. NUZ.NET responsibilities:

1.   NUZ.NET is not responsible for any issues that may arise from the use of the referral program

2.   NUZ.NET may modify or terminate the referral program at any time

8. CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT

8.1. NUZ.NET may modify this Agreement at any time.

8.2. Changes to the Agreement will be effective after notification.
